AREAS OF LAW: CRIMINAL DEFENSE JUVENILE LAW

Ms. Bevins has been practicing Criminal Defense and Juvenile Law in the private sector since 1993, when she was admitted to the California State Bar. Her practice emphasizes all types and degrees of criminal and juvenile matters. She uses her thorough knowledge of Criminal Law and Procedure, courtroom experience, and natural insight to zealously represent her clients.

Ms. Bevins attended New York University and San Francisco State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with departmental honors in Philosophy. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in 1993. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District.

Ms. Bevins lives in Napa with her husband Don, son Reed, step-daughter Alex and dog Winston.
