Mr. Mulry is an associate attorney whose practice concentrates on Land Use, Environmental Law, and State and Local Government Law. Prior to joining the Firm, he clerked for two local law firms in their Land Use departments. His work includes land use transactions, processing of land use and subdivision applications, environmental review processing, builder permitting issues, zoning enforcement defense, and state and local government law.

Mr. Mulry has been active in several organizations focusing on Land Use, Environmental Law, and State and Local Government Law. He wrote case summaries for the American Planning Association’s Journal, Planning and Environmental Law; has co-authored an article for the newsletter of the American Bar Association, State and Local Government Section; and, with the encouragement of his mentor and friend Daniel J. Curtin, Jr., joined the World Jurist Association (WJA) and accompanied Mr. Curtin to Beijing and Shanghai to participate in the organization’s 2005 “World Peace Through Law” conference. He has also contributed to law review articles and a treatise on Land Use law. In law school, he served as the Articles Editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, and spearheaded a Law Review volume and symposium exploring the difficult land use issues involved in big box development.

Mr. Mulry lives in the historic San Francisco neighborhood of Potrero Hill, and enjoys training for marathons.
