Ms. Zelazny specializes in real estate and business transactions, federal taxation and estate tax planning. Her practice focuses on negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, easements (including conservation easements), wills, trusts, and limited liability company, corporate and partnership agreements.
Ms. Zelazny graduated from Duke University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and political science. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she worked as a paralegal in the litigation department of a large law firm in Washington, DC. In 1993, Ms. Zelazny earned her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. After graduation, she attended New York University and was awarded a Graduate Law Degree in Taxation (LL.M.) in 1994.
Ms. Zelazny was admitted to both the California State Bar and the Wyoming State Bar in 1994. From 1994 to 2001, she practiced law with the firm of Mullikin, Larson & Swift LLC, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Her practice areas included real estate, estate planning, business entities and transactions, probates and bankruptcy law. Ms. Zelazny practiced as an associate with Mullikin, Larson & Swift LLC until 1998 when she became a member of the firm. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar, the Wyoming State Bar and the Napa County Bar Association.
Ms. Zelazny grew up in San Francisco and now lives with her husband and two children in St. Helena.
